We are a kaleidoscope of women collectively working together for the sole purpose of serving God and helping other women to do the same. The Flutter Effect is created when a course of action causes growth, one story, one woman at a time.

As these ministries began emerging out of their cocoons, they soon became the butterflies that our logo represents. Fun fact, a group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope. So cool!

Thus, the kaleidoscope of butterflies has become our theme, and helping you live out what God is calling you to has become our mission.

So far, we have 5 initiatives: Flutter, Elevate Her Life, Stop the Traffic, Kaleidoscope Consulting, and, coming soon, Flutter Farms.

Reach out to get to know us better. We look forward to meeting and learning more about you, your mission, your passions, and your work!
